Biography
Kevin received a B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Prior to attending law school, Kevin served in the U.S. Army for over 7 years as an AH-64 “Apache” attack helicopter pilot. He served tours of duty in South Korea and Germany. In 1999 he was deployed to Albania during Operation Allied Force, where he flew missions to protect NATO’S Rapid Reaction Force during its entry into the disputed province of Kosovo.
Kevin attended law school at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating law school, Kevin moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he worked for a medium-sized law firm that specialized in real estate transactions and foreclosures.
After leaving that firm, Kevin and his family stayed in Winston-Salem where he practices law assisting clients in the following areas:

·Personal injury
·Criminal defense
·Traffic cases (misdemeanors and infractions)
·Real property disputes
·Appeals cases
Kevin is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of North Carolina. He is also licensed to practice law in federal court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He is a member of the 21st Judicial District Bar of North Carolina, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice and Forsyth County Bar Association.
Kevin and his wife, Sherri, have three daughters, Kayla, Hannah, Eden and one son, Levi.
Kevin and his family participate in the gospel of the good news of Jesus Christ with other believers at Redeemer Presbyterian church in Winston-Salem.

Mr. Altman represented me in a traffic case. He kept me informed before and after the case. Before the case, he sent me e-mails to let me know when court would be, fees (which I was able to pay on line) and what he felt he could do for me in regards to my ticket. After the case was completed ...

Very Pleased client with a traffic ticket.

Great job even from a thousand miles.
After attending a wedding I was ticketed for speeding . The officer also tried hard to get me for DUI because my car smelled like alcohol. (I don't drink at all) but my three passengers were pretty smashed. (I am usually the designated driver). Even though we were not speeding the officer...

Speeding Ticket
I received a speeding ticket while in WS on business. I was worried about how to handle this from California where I live. I talked to a few attorneys and decided to use Kevin. Kevin kept me informed during the entire process and the case was resolved quickly and with no points on my license.

Timely Resolution
I would recommend Kevin Altman because he was responsive, timely, kept me informed and was able to get the charge reduced. He was fairly priced and he handled everything. I don't think anyone could do a better job, be any faster or be more thorough. I can definatley recommend highly.
