Outstanding Professional Legal Service - Durwood Kevin Altman

We are a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business who required legal advice/representation responding to a claim by a much larger, well resourced company. We brought our request for legal review and response to Mr. Altman. He impressed us from our initial meeting. He took the time to develop th...e background information and gather the facts. he was straightforward with us on what he could do for us and if he could help us at all. Upon agreeing to represent us we were impressed by his attention to detail and that he took the appropriate time and asked the appropriate quesitons to develop the case and evaluate the facts. He prepared a strategic analysis, not just a "knee-jerk" response, that focused on a plan to appropriately respond to the claimant with respect and logic representing our points. He devoted the appropriate time, talent, and resources in developing a professional response on short notice. This was especially impressive given the workload he was under at the time. To date his counsel has proven effective as the claimant has accepted our response and is working with us collegially towards a resolution. Mr. Altman's counsel proved invaluable to our firm during a very stressful time and has allowed us to continue to focus on our mission and customers as this action works through to resolution.

Honest Review

I had some traffic tickets, Mr. Altman was great, even though I worked in another state, he was very professional, kept me informed and dealt with me professionally.I am thankful for finding him, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great lawyer.

Kevin Altman

Mr. Altman took care of my legal matter in an extremely timely manner. Great communication throughout. I am from Tennessee and did not even have to come to the state of North Carolina! Thank You!!

Great Lawyer

Kevin Altman provides guidance to clients and diligently represents their best interest. Kevin is a good listener and is very knowledegeable of the law. I would certainly use Kevin again in the future.

Mr. Altman represented me in a traffic case. He kept me informed before and after the case. Before the case, he sent me e-mails to let me know when court would be, fees (which I was able to pay on line) and what he felt he could do for me in regards to my ticket. After the case was completed ...he sent me an e-mail telling me the outcome. I consider Mr. Altman very fair and honest. Not only is he an ethical attorney, but he is a family man who loves family.
