After attending a wedding I was ticketed for speeding . The officer also tried hard to get me for DUI because my car smelled like alcohol. (I don't drink at all) but my three passengers were pretty smashed. (I am usually the designated driver). Even though we were not speeding the officer... would not give it up, so I ended with the speeding ticket. We returned home (Miami, Fl.). and I began a search for representation because the officer had written the ticket so that I HAD to appear in court.
