We are a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business who required legal advice/representation responding to a claim by a much larger, well resourced company. We brought our request for legal review and response to Mr. Altman. He impressed us from our initial meeting. He took the time to develop th...e background information and gather the facts. he was straightforward with us on what he could do for us and if he could help us at all. Upon agreeing to represent us we were impressed by his attention to detail and that he took the appropriate time and asked the appropriate quesitons to develop the case and evaluate the facts. He prepared a strategic analysis, not just a "knee-jerk" response, that focused on a plan to appropriately respond to the claimant with respect and logic representing our points. He devoted the appropriate time, talent, and resources in developing a professional response on short notice. This was especially impressive given the workload he was under at the time. To date his counsel has proven effective as the claimant has accepted our response and is working with us collegially towards a resolution.
