Biography
Kevin received a B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Prior to attending law school, Kevin served in the U.S. Army for over 7 years as an AH-64 “Apache” attack helicopter pilot. He served tours of duty in South Korea and Germany. In 1999 he was deployed to Albania during Operation Allied Force, where he flew missions to protect NATO’S Rapid Reaction Force during its entry into the disputed province of Kosovo.
Kevin attended law school at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating law school, Kevin moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he worked for a medium-sized law firm that specialized in real estate transactions and foreclosures.
After leaving that firm, Kevin and his family stayed in Winston-Salem where he practices law assisting clients in the following areas:

·Personal injury
·Criminal defense
·Traffic cases (misdemeanors and infractions)
·Real property disputes
·Appeals cases
Kevin is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of North Carolina. He is also licensed to practice law in federal court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He is a member of the 21st Judicial District Bar of North Carolina, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice and Forsyth County Bar Association.
Kevin and his wife, Sherri, have three daughters, Kayla, Hannah, Eden and one son, Levi.
Kevin and his family participate in the gospel of the good news of Jesus Christ with other believers at Redeemer Presbyterian church in Winston-Salem.

Excellent Representation

Convenient Legal Services
Great service for my speeding ticket. Everything done via fax, email or phone--didn't have to waste time going to his office or to court. Fees were reasonable, too. The best part is that my ticket disappeared. Hopefully, I won't need his services again, but he is the one I will call if I do.

A friend in need
I received a speeding ticket in N.C. As an out-of -state resident, I needed a lawyer. I Chose him as he had served in the military. My ticket was reduced, and I received less points against my DMV record.. He notified me promptly when the case was finished. I was pleased with the entire proces...

Outstanding
Mr. Altman has helped me out on a couple of cases already and will be handling one for me again very soon. He has handled some small moving violations and has gotten them taken care of for me without me having to lose time at work and without worry. I will be using his service again in the near fut...
