My bad experience with Vetlaw Brendan Garcia and r
I initially went to Vetlaw because I was denied an increase for my ptsd claim from 50 to 70%. Unprofessional
This firm is not professional and your privacy is at risk. If you value your protections under the HIPPA laws I would seriously consider your options elsewhere. I sent my personal information to Vetlaw in full confidence of privacy. Initially they set proper expectations that it would be a few days f...

THE ABSOLUTE BEST
I put in for my ratings back in 2017. After i was denied my benefits, I reached out to Brendan and he quickly responded back to jump on the case. We were able to get the NOD completed August of 2018 and Brendan was able to get my disability granted in a very swift time frame compared to the standard ...

Exceptional Lawyer/Advocate!
My story is no different from the many Veterans struggling with poor VSO representation and VA bureaucracy. It serves little purpose for me to highlight the bad because all of our stories are similar in nature—a lackluster VSO coupled with the adversarial VA equals, no results, and ultimately no hop...
"Brendan is an attorney is a colleague in the field of Veteran's Disability. We often brainstorm on cases together and share firm improvements as we both are always growing our practice and providing the cutting edge of our legal services to those who have served our country. He is quickly growing into a leader in the Veteran's Law community and other practitioners look to him for guidance and leadership."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brendan has worked with veterans for quite a while and is extremely knowledgeable and treats veterans with respect and attention to their cases."
"In addition to being a practicing lawyer, I am the founder of a consumer-to-lawyer e-commerce site called BernieSez.com. Brendan and others like him see that this solution makes sense for the consumer and the practitioner as well. He is a forward-thinking man not afraid to embrace the advantages and efficiencies of modern technology. We need more like him in our profession. Highest kudos!"
