Jennifer Diane Oakley

I had hired Jennifer as my attorney. She checked to see if there would be a conflict of interest to which she replied that there wasn't. Yesterday, she informed me by email and not telephone, that she could not represent me because a conflict of interest that was found and she could not relate to me ...what it was. I expected to be refunded the full amount of the retainer that I had paid to her. This was her fault and not mine. She should have been well aware if there was a conflict of interest. However, only a portion was returned to me. The full amount would have been enough to pay my new attorney. This is costing me a lot of money. I could never do this to someone else. I know that she put work into this and I was willing to pay a small amount for her services but that was not to be. Like I said, it is not my fault that she just found out there was a conflict of interest. That is on her and she should absorb the cost.

Going through a separation is always tough and emotional. Mrs. Oakley and her assistant were very courteous and professional. They listened to my story and explained all the options I could take. Mrs. Oakley’s office was always there to answer any questions I had. The documents were finished in a ti...mely manner. Even though they had to be updated a few times, they were so caring and helped me in the changes. I would absolutely refer Mrs. Oakley’s office to anyone. I will be using this office in the future for all my needs. Very satisfied with the service.

I called Ms.... Oakley's office and was pleasantly surprised. 1.) A knowledgeable legal assistant answered the phone at 8am in the morning. I explained my problem, she listened, got the facts, discussed my options, and gave me an estimate of how long it would take and how much. 2.) Ms. Oakley's office uses the best technology available such that they set up my account online so that I could make payment, submit documents, check calendar for appointments, communicate with my attorney/legal advisor. and keep abreast of developments in my case all from the comfort of my home. I didn't need to take off from work to go to their office or to court. 3.) Resolved my case in less than a week. I couldn't ask for a better attorney or outcome. I highly recommend Ms. Oakley's office. I can't sing their praises enough. I don't normally write reviews but this one was well deserved!!
