Don't Fear Being a Whistle Blowing Employee
I thought my nursing career was over when I was terminated by a local community health care provider after whistle blowing on harmful patient practices. As a registered professional nurse, I am foremost obligated to be a patient advocate. When making my former employer aware of harmful practices in their facility, I knew I was doing the exact right thing. Why would I be fired for wanting the best for the patients the facility was responsible for serving to the very best of their ability? After all, isn’t that what they charge the patients for? I would have to live my life with those questions nagging at me forever if I had not acquired the assistance of Drew Capuder. Mr. Capuder made me work hard to convince him that I was right by making the allegations of harmful patient practices in the facility I worked for. In the end, he didn’t ask me for a dime to take my case. He let me know that he supported what I did, and he proved that to me beyond a shadow of a doubt. Taking on my case against a major healthcare facility on contingency alone, Mr. Capuder organized and elegantly presented the facts and proof I had to the people who mattered. I won my case! Really, Drew won it for me. It was a hard, long, stressful ordeal. But, that’s quite OK with me today because I did the right thing and was compensated quite well for it. How often does that happen? Do the right thing. Don’t be afraid to be a whistle blower. If you prove to Drew your allegations are sound, based solely on fact and truth, I promise he will stand right beside you to the very end. I’ve seen him do it!

Review of Drew M. Capuder, Attorney at Law
I can't begin to describe what a wonderful job Mr. Capuder did for me. He was so dedicated to my case that I would often tell my wife I thought he knew more about the events leading up to my lawsuit than I did. He is very intelligent and a real thinker often calling me with updates, ideas or just to get more facts from me. He understands the laws in the State of WV and adheres to them. He is thorough, timely and organized, using the latest computer technology to enhance one's case. He is an extremely honest man, who always had my best interest at heart. In short, he produced phenomenal results for me.
