Drew Capuder has been a lawyer for 26 years. He has a broad range of litigation experience in state and federal courts, at trial and on appeal, in West Virginia and Texas. Mr. Capuder has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation (securities fraud, RICO, real estate litigation, banking litigation), and for the last 18 years has been focusing more of his practice on employment litigation and consulting.
In 2010, Mw. Capuder was elected President of the West Virginia Employment Lawyers Association.
Mr. Capuder handles employment litigation for employers and employees, including discrimination (state and federal law), defamation in the workplace, worker's compensation retaliation and discrimination, sexual harassment (state and federal), and whistle blower litigation.
Mr. Capuder is also a mediator, focusing on mediation of employment litigation, and also on commercial litiation and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Capuder also represents doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals in litigation, in review and drafting of contracts, and in licensing issues.

Since 2005, Mr. Capuder has been teaching "Legal and Ethical Issues in Media" at Fairmont State University. He also taught legal writing at University of Houston Law School from 1990-1996.
