He immediately went to work assisting our family. We were having a very difficult time dealing with our ...local school district not following my disabled child's 504 plan and discriminating against her due to her disabilities. On a trip to Snowshoe, my then-boyfriend was driving my car with my friend in the passenger seat, and me in the back seat. He met me and my friend at the hearing, represented me brilliantly, and even when I was convicted by the magistrate, he quickly filed the appeal and handled all the work from that point. He attended the scheduling conference in my place (it's a five hour drive for me, so I was very relieved to not have to appear again), wrote up two very detailed and intelligent briefs on why my conviction should be dismissed, and quicker than I expected, my conviction was dismissed and everything was wrapped up! I would highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for an attorney -- the quality and care shows in his work is evident in how quickly and cleanly everything was resolved.
