I highly recommend The Moore Law Firm if you have any need for legal advice or representation! Within a few hours of reaching out to their office, Attorney Jared Moore had contacted me personally. He immediately went to work assisting our family. We were having a very difficult time dealing with our ...local school district not following my disabled child's 504 plan and discriminating against her due to her disabilities. Once Attorney Moore made contact with the BOE, we started getting the meetings we had requested. Jared was easy to reach at all hours and we had immediate responses any time we needed him. He also promptly and effectively handled another issue we were facing regarding my child and her service dog. On a trip to Snowshoe, my then-boyfriend was driving my car with my friend in the passenger seat, and me in the back seat. He had driven around a slowing schoolbus in WVA, and as a result, I was mailed a summons for the misdemeanor of overtaking a schoolbus. After some googling, I reached out to seve...ral attorneys (I live in Maryland, so I was not super familiar with the area), and Jared Moore was not only willing to help, but was ready to do so at a reasonable cost (apparently the county I'd gotten the summons from is a pain to deal with, so I'd gotten a lot of outrageous quotes). He communicated quickly and effectively, answering all my questions very thoroughly and without delay. He met me and my friend at the hearing, represented me brilliantly, and even when I was convicted by the magistrate, he quickly filed the appeal and handled all the work from that point. He attended the scheduling conference in my place (it's a five hour drive for me, so I was very relieved to not have to appear again), wrote up two very detailed and intelligent briefs on why my conviction should be dismissed, and quicker than I expected, my conviction was dismissed and everything was wrapped up! I would highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for an attorney -- the quality and care shows in his work is evident in how quickly and cleanly everything was resolved.
