Beth Baird. I did not know what to expect before I went before the judge. She explained the process. She calmed my expectations and concerns and I knew what to expect during the conference with the judge. During the process she was confident, to the point, and handled the legal process of the proceedings very professionally. She is an asset to your team. I had contacted this attorney several years ago to represent me on appeal. The did good on this. Hence the three stars. If you use attorney make sure the contract is specific about issue and time. I had claims pending that they did nothing on but took 20 percent. I filed claims no assistance from th...em they took 20 percent. I filed supplemental claims no help took 20 percent. Lastly I added my dependants no help from them they took 20 percent. Said that because they got me to 30 percent they were entitled to it. I got myself to 30 percent. They may fight for you. But they cost me thousands of unearned money. Use a vso or other free service. Learn from my mistake

I've had my hearing, my attorney I talked to once on the phone, I met at court. I was advised to go get phyicals buy the attorney and the judge agreed. In my hearing the doctor regarding my back said there are no jobs for me, not once but twice. The attorney did nothing but set and type and ask me a ...couple questions, and the judge asked me a few questions. Now I am waiting my decision. I was told after calling that I may need another hearing???? After the doctor in court said there are no jobs for me?? My doctor agrees! I am on the verge of firing this firm.. It's been two years, and a lot of medical evidence.

I hired this firm for Social Security Disability and the communication is poor if any. No two people give you the same information. When I asked what are you doing to help me they said "well we check your status for you"- I can do that on my own. I have never received any documents or emails from t...his firm. I had to practically beg for help. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

I had Jan Dills lawyer firm as my attorney and let me tell you if you want a lawyer that does not work. Then this is the lawyer for you. I had at least three different people who started the case and passed it off on someone else’s. I had to do all the work. They only contacted me twice before the he...aring and once after. You could never get it contact with anyone over the phone. I knew the result of the hearing before the lawyer. I contacted them by email to notify them of the results and still have not been contacted back. So if you want terrible representation this is definitely the law firm to have.
