Best Nursing License Lawyer

I hired Todd to fix my suspended nursing license. My ex wife put me in a hole I never thought I'd get out of. Todd was quick and professional after just a few months he has gotten my license reinstated. Todd is the best lawyer I know. Thank you Todd!

Registered nurse

I hired Mr. Reed on a recommendation from a fellow nurse. I had found myself in a predicament with the nursing board that could have affected my ability to practice as a nurse and he was quick to take my case on. He made the process easy and comforting as we advanced through processes to further my c...ase. I received contact information to follow up if I had concern or even anxiety relating to the outcomes. He worked on my case over the span of a couple years and was relentless to produce a favorable outcome in my circumstance which ended in my case dismissal. I couldn’t be more pleased with his services.

Registered Nurse

Dismissed! After a complaint against my license, I feel like I received a blessing when I was able to retain Todd Reed to represent my case to the board of nursing. From the first phone conversation with Todd, I felt at ease and trusted him to do the right thing in my best interest throughout the ent...ire process. I can honestly say, going forward I had no more worry. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional; he is a very genuine and compassionate person who tries to achieve the best possible outcome for nurses. Forget looking elsewhere for legal assistance---he is the professional you need!

FALSE COMPLAINT AGAINST MY WV RN LICENSE

I have been a nurse in the state of WV for 30 years with an unblemished/exemplary record. As a retaliation from a personnel/child custody case, a very serious and false complaint was made against my license by an "anonymous" source with no evidence. To my shock, anyone with a personal vendetta ca...n literally try to ruin a person's career as a nurse in the state of WV by simply having only a nurse's name! To file a complaint against a nurse, the BON does not require the person to provide a name, address, phone number or any evidence of the complaint. With only an anonymous complaint, the WV BON will completely and thoroughly investigate you by obtaining all your personnel records, complete health records, and strip you of autonomy. I truly felt victimized not only by the false anonymous complaint, but also by the WV BON for not protecting me as an exemplary nurse for 30 years. Being that I am my only source of income, this caused severe mental, emotional and psychological stress that was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. From the very first phone call with Mr. Reed, he explained every detail of the investigation process the WV BON follows and what I was facing. He showed compassion, empathy, and provided peace of mind that he would fight this case to clear my name. Words cannot express the relief and comfort his words provided to me in my time of high stress. Mr. Reed handled all dealings with the Board, my case was dismissed, and my name/license were cleared. If you ever have any issues with WV State Board of Nursing-especially with false and/or anonymous complaints-make your first call to Mr. Reed! His fees were very reasonable and the peace of mind he provided was worth every penny.
