I was born and raised in Kanawha County, West Virginia. I'm a graduate of Nitro High School, Marshall University, and Capital University Law School. I'm the mother of two children. I enjoy pets, plants, horseback riding, natural history, and occasional travel.
After practicing law in Ohio for 18 years, I've been practicing family law in Charleston and the surrounding areas for 8 years. My focus has been on child custody, divorce, infant guardianship, and domestic violence protection orders. I have been appointed by family court judges in several counties to serve as Guardian ad litem for minor children in over two hundred divorce, custody, and infant guardianship cases.
