I had an incident that I had to deal with the Board of Nursing. I hired Mr. Reed to deal with the Board and he was able to successfully deal with the situation. I was able to renew my license with no discipline. Mr. Reed is very fair with his fees and he does excellent work. Mr. Reed responds in a ti...mely manner to communication which I feel is very important. One thing is for sure if I ever need an attorney again I’m calling Mr. Reed. I am not a robot.

Mr. Reed received 5 stars from me for being able to navigate the WV Board of Nursing and help in fighting my case. My ex-employer started a complaint against my license due to some data pulls from me working PRN in a very rural area where I went in to help and ended up administering a lot of medicati...ons which ultimately ended up as a red flag in pharmacy and a report filed against me. He was very attentive to navigating the complaint, getting me ready for my board interview, and handling my entire case that ended in a dismissal. I recommend at least speaking to him about your nursing case if you find yourself in an issue and not just sure what to do. He is there for WV nurses and stands with you, and your case against the Board.

I am so glad I made the decision to go with Todd for defense in my complaint. From the very beginning he explained everything to me.
