Tim Bradford is a native West Virginian and a graduate of both Marshall University and West Virginia University.  Upon obtaining his juris doctorate he returned to the Charleston area to practice law.  Early in his career he served as personal law clerk to Justice Miller at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.  His career has spanned decades during which time he has largely served individuals in complex and often stressful injury, workplace safety, and family law matters.

Great Service and Very Personable
I hired Mr Bradford on a recommendation of a close friend for my divorce! Had never hired a lawyer before so I was going into unchartered waters! I was a little apprehensive because of this but I soon realized I had hired the right lawyer! Mr Bradford made me feel at ease from the first time we met! He made the entire process as easy as he could considering what I was going through! Would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I ever need an attorney! Funny thing is we became friends through all this!

I was extremely pleased!
I contacted Mr. Bradford after an accident. Having never been through anything like I was experiencing, it was refreshing to find someone with the willingness to spend honest time on my situation. He educated me on my situation, and painted a realistic picture of what would be happening through the entire process. His compassion to my situation was appreciated. I would recommend him if you need an attorney.
