Outstanding service!

I was directed to Mr Kelley by a friend that he had helped with a high conflict divorce. His recommendation made me confident that he could handle my situation. Mr Kelley and his associates gave me more then what I had previously experienced with my former attorney. I finally felt the old sayin...g, "You get what you pay for". He controlled the courtroom, not the other lawyer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr Kelley.

Ineffective, Inattentive, Unprofessional

In 2015 I engaged Mark Kelley to file a lawsuit on my behalf, challenging the testamentary capacity of my mother when she signed a will. I also alleged undue influence and tortious interference by the heir and his lawyer. Between 2015 and 2023 I paid Kelley's law firm over $250,000 and they were neve...r able to even get my case to trial. In December 2024 Kelley suddenly and without warning dropped me as a client, saying he was tired of my "complaining about this firm" and that I was treating him "like a serf." His inexplicable action has caused me to hire another firm. The move cost me thousands of dollars and delayed my 8-year-old case even further.
