Alan Pritt is a founding member of Pritt and Spano Law. Alan grew up in Winfield, West Virginia and has been active in the communities of Kanawha and Putnam County. He graduated from Marshall University summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science. He attended WVU College of Law where he received his J.D. in 2010. At the College of Law Alan was a member of the Entrepreneurship Clinic where he aided West Virginia small businesses and start-up companies.
Prior to founding Pritt and Spano Law, Alan was a solo practitioner at the Law Office of Alan Pritt. Alan has represented clients in family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. During the last several years, Alan has worked tirelessly to protect children as a prominent Guardian Ad Litem in Kanawha, Putnam and surrounding counties. Additionally, Alan served as legal counsel to the West Virginia Senate while serving as Committee Counsel to the Senate Finance Committee during the 2015 Legislative Session.
When Alan is away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife, Chelsey and their four children: Mason, Kinley, Sawyer and Archer.
