Bradley C. Ratliff, Esq., is a Virginia licensed attorney with significant background and experience in personal injury cases, Virginia workers' compensation, estates, elder law matters, real estate,  and civil practice. 

 

In addition to his membership in the Virginia State Bar, Mr. Ratliff is admitted to Federal Courts in the Western District of Virginia, and United States Bankruptcy Court.  Mr. Ratliff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bluefield, College and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law.  

 

Mr. Ratliff is a lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia.  He regularly appears in the state courts in the counties of Tazewell, Buchanan, Russell, Washington, Bristol, and Bland and in Federal Courts in the Western District of Virginia.  Mr. Ratliff also serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Richlands, Virginia.

Mr. Ratliff has always made himself available, either face-to-face or by email whenever I have needed his services and advice. Hassled by Credit Card Companies
Mr. Ratliff filed all necessary documentation that I had no knowledge of debt or P O Box in which statements were being sent to for the last eight years and wasn't responsible for debt. We didn't have to appear in court as scheduled due to the credit card company filing a non-suit.

In 2008 I was injured on the job, and I asked Mr. Ratliff for help in navigating the issue. With Mr. Ratliff's help, I was able to quickly get my claim settled.

Ratliff Law Firm
Mr. Ratliff is a wonderful attorney. I spoke to about 3 attorneys before I met Mr. Ratliff, he was the first attorney I was excited about. Every time I stopped in he would talk with me, even if I was dropping off papers. Everyone in the office is nice and knowledgeable and even if they are busy they will take time to answer any questions.. I have had Mr. Ratliff help with a car wreck and it was taken care of in about 3 months. He is also handling a workers comp claim. I refer everyone I know to Ratliff Law Firm.

Solves Problems
Brad is an excellent attorney and has been great at solving my legal problems. He is good a land law and real estate matters. He has worked right-of-way problems that other attorneys were not will or able to fix. Brad is very good at listening and very personable. He will communicate is a highly professional manner and make sure he is working for you. Brad is also a good family man and blessing to our community. He is giving and supports our local community with his time and resources. I would recommend Brad Ratliff for any legal work and I believe you will find him the right guy. I have recently changed attorneys since Brad opened his own practice.

Mr. Ratliff is by far the best lawyer in the business, I trust him in any situation that comes up. Brad has closed several real estate loans for me such as a new home purchase, land purchase, rental purchase. Brad is great with contract law, working with insurance companies. The Ratliff law firm as a whole are very professional and helpful. Brad has always been a great person even as a kid, teenager and young adult he has always had his mind on what he was doing and he had to do his best at all times, that was just Brad.
