He may be a good ticket lawyer but as far as a criminal defense attorney, STAY away from him. He will make deals behind your back with the DA. Then you don't find out about it until they day of court. He didn't fight for me at all, he took my money and basically took the short road to his victory (P...lea Bargin). He did tell me in front of my father that if I wanted to actually fight and take it to court he would drop me completely as a client. There was NO evidence in this case but "he said", "she said" and i still got convicted because he was to lazy to actually put in the work needed for my case......I do not recommend him at all. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I was charged with reckless driving for doing 96 in a 70 off of I-81 in Botetourt County. Through Neill’s representation, I was able to get it reduced to a regular speeding ticket for 79/70 with no misdemeanor charge, no DIP classes, no license restrictions, or any sort of follow up. It came down to ...a reasonable fine. He was extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and very accessible. I don’t know what I would have done without his help and resources. My outcome could not have been any better. He’s a great lawyer and an even nicer person!

I am so glad that I hired attorney Neill for my reckless driving case. I was charged with a reckless driving ticket on I-81 for driving 80/60.
