I received a wreckless driving ticket in VA while on a long trip. I am a NY resident and was unable to make the court date. After speaking to Kent regarding my situation, I decided to hire him to represent me. At his suggestion I immediately took a safe-driving course and had my speedometer tested.... (which indicated a discrepancy) Armed with these things (plus my clean driving record), Kent was able to negotiate a very fair settlement. I recommend him. Kent Gibson represented me on a Reckless Driving Citation (88 mph on I-81). The initial consultation was free and Kent carefully explained VA law and my options for contesting the charge.
