Kent Aaron Gibson

Mr. Gibson was very helpful and patient, taking the time when I first consulted him to explain the ramifications of a reckless driving charge and the possible outcomes. He and his paralegal quickly came up with a plan and were very easy to get in touch with when questions arose. In the end, he was ab...le to negotiate the ticket down to a simple speeding before the court date (even with my driving history) and I did not have to present to court. I would most definitely recommend his services to anyone in Virginia.

We leveraged Kent's services to assist in a reckless driving case for my son. I got a speeding ticket (80/70) and Mr. Gibson represented me. The end result was favorable and I got to do driving school. After successful completion the ticket is dismissed. Mr. Gibson recently represented my daughter in defense of a Rockbridge County I-85 "Speeding - Reckless Driving" charge. The charge was deferred and is to be reduced to Speeding upon completion of a "Driver Improvement" class.
