My wife was charged with reckless driving for 90/70 on I-64 (outside Lexington, VA) and we were fortunate enough to have Mr. Gibson representing her. This was her first time being pulled over, so Mr. Gibson had us provide her driving record, calibrate the speedometer, and take the driver improvement ...course. Overall, we felt confident going into court that he had given us the best possible chance of a positive outcome and we weren't disappointed. She pled no contest and the Judge gave her 20 hrs community service and a six-month monitoring period, after which she will have it reduced to 80/70 (speeding) and a $150 fine. Mr Gibson was immensely helpful in getting my reckless driving charge reduced to a speeding ticket. He set the right expectations from the beginning by saying that it will be very difficult to get the charge dropped altogether.
