Kent Aaron Gibson

We leveraged Kent's services to assist in a reckless driving case for my son. Kent advised us on how best to prepare for the case and was able to adjust the court date to better fit our busy schedules. He and his office staff were always polite and organized. Kent's level-headed and calm demeanor ...were appreciated by us as well as the prosecutor, officer and judge. In the end, with Kent's counsel, we were able to reduce the reckless to speeding which was a win in our book. We would recommend Kent and would use him for future legal needs - although we hope we won't have any. 

Mr Gibson was immensely helpful in getting my reckless driving charge reduced to a speeding ticket. He set the right expectations from the beginning by saying that it will be very difficult to get the charge dropped altogether. I had a reckless driving ticket in Lexington VA (84/70) with previous spe...eding tickets. He prepared me really well for my first court appearance in the district court. The judge charged me for reckless driving. Mr. Gibson advised me to appeal in a higher court, which we did. We presented the same case to the second judge and he agreed to reduce the charge to a speeding ticket. I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend Mr. Gibson!

I showed up early to observe the court proceedings before Mr Gibson arrived. What I observed for various speeds and driving records is not what Mr Gibson got me. I feel I would have faired as well or better defending myself and saved a lot of money wasted on an attorney that was shaking in front of t...he judge! If you want a timid attorney Me Gibson is a perfect fit.
