10 month suspension

Horrible experience and now his license is suspended for 10 months due to misconduct. He should be held accountable for every family he has screwed over.

Still waiting

To be determined the case has been pending for way too long. My people have been sitting in jail

Terrible communication

Hired for a family law matter. Should’ve never hired after he failed 3 times to give a proper consultation that didn’t include his own child running around the office while his staff sat & laughed. Lost more than I would’ve representing myself. Communication was horrible, he was late to every appoint...ment, never collected evidence on my case, always has excuses. Knew nothing about my case after having retained him well in advance. Tanked my case the day of court agreeing to what my ex & his lawyer wanted with no regards to anything we’d spoken about. Hadn’t prepared me for court and was trying to get it drawn out even longer. No retainer/attorney-client contract was signed, never given a billing statement as their website says. They only accept cash. He may be good at criminal law but I absolutely do NOT recommend him for family law matters.

Help for the hopeless

Marc is a good soul in a sea of sharks he is lgbtq friendly and was able to turn 20 years into 4 days he has my full faith and my thanks. He was worth every cent he charged and earned every penny of his fee. When ever there is trouble he is my first call. I know that he actually cares about his cl...ients he took the time to talk to me when the man was on his honeymoon, when a dire situation occured. Thank you again you again for being our hero.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
