Hired for a family law matter. Should’ve never hired after he failed 3 times to give a proper consultation that didn’t include his own child running around the office while his staff sat & laughed. Lost more than I would’ve representing myself. Communication was horrible, he was late to every appoint...ment, never collected evidence on my case, always has excuses. Knew nothing about my case after having retained him well in advance. Tanked my case the day of court agreeing to what my ex & his lawyer wanted with no regards to anything we’d spoken about. Hadn’t prepared me for court and was trying to get it drawn out even longer. No retainer/attorney-client contract was signed, never given a billing statement as their website says. They only accept cash. He may be good at criminal law but I absolutely do NOT recommend him for family law matters.

A divorce is not a easy thing to go through at Ayers Law Firm I was treated like a person not just another case. Mr. Ayers was very knowledgeable about the laws surrounding my case and the custody of my children. Everything was handled in a timely professional manner. I couldn't have asked for better... representation. His points were clear and concise. If there was any questions I had or something I didn't quite understand he was more than happy to explain it to me. I can't recommend him highly enough.
