Biography
Stuart Pearson is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He is married to Audrey Pearson and has three daughters. When not handling legal matters for people, Stuart greatly enjoys spending time with his family. He has coached all three of his daughters in soccer and lacrosse and still coaches the youngest. Stuart also enjoys running in his spare time. He completed his one and only marathon in Richmond in 2012.

My Experience
Mr. Pearson took on a case for my boyfriend on Oct. 31,2011...The number one thing Lee ask for was a bond hearing that Stuart said I don't think I will be able to do so but on court YESTERDAY JAN.23,2012 he told Lee he didn't have time to do so ...This is not a freebee he has for 4000.00 for this cas...
