Jason Robert Whiting

As indicated in the name of the firm, Whiting Injury Law is fully dedicated to representing those who have been injured as a result of another's negligence.

Jason advocates for the victims of those who have been attacked by a dog or other animal due to the negligence of the owner.

Jason specializes in representing the injured victims of any motor vehicle accident (truck, car, motorcycle, bus, etc). Jason started his legal career as a defense attorney for insurance companies which gives him a unique understanding of the system.

Jason has experience representing those who were severely injured due to a defective product. Specific examples of such products could include but are not limited to: airbags or seatbelts in vehicles, appliances, food items or other consumables, etc.
