Denis Charles Englisby

Hired him for my divorce and custody case he had no communications with the GAL and left it all to me. I had no clue about how to handle any of this- that’s why I hired an attorney. 3 months before my court date I finally hired another attorney because Denis was hard to reach- he would not email only... communicated by phone when I could get him and had a horrible attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. After hiring another attorney he hits me with an 8k bill! And he had not done anything- my ex’s attorney drafted the separation agreement etc.

Mr. Englisby Would recommend to anyone that needs help in divorce issues. He even thought that I would of got less then what I did get. No children involved, dated about 6 yrs, married only 6 yrs after that. Total 12 years with me paying for another college degree for him. It is unreal what I en...ded up getting. 4 times more then both of thought would happen. I am so happy and I deserve what money he has to pay - my ex. I have recommend him many of times. Excellent lawyer. 5 stars.

I have read some of these reviews and I must say that it's alright to be bitter,if thing's don't turn out in court the wAY you plan.But to blame your Lawyer who you hired is in my opinion this is pushing the Limit's.now let me post a review on the Denis Englisby I know.I have known Denis sense 1975....he was a smart young Lawyer who came highly recommended.my best friend was facing a long prison term for robbery and murder I was convince that he was innocent and the jury thought so to, thank's to some Brillant representation from Mr Englisby.In 1978 my Brother was accused of rape and I believed him to be innocent so I called on Denis and once again Mr Englisby came through for me.in 2005 I called on Denis and introduced him to a coworker of mine who was going through a bad custody case and Denis got him full custody of his son.And recently in 2012, I called on Denis to represent a good friend of mine son.He was 19 years old and caught with 3 ounces of weed and a pistol and he was a convicted felon.anybody that know law know's that this is a sure ride to the penitentiary for a long time.But once again Denis came through and my friend's son only got 3 years.so I want all to know that Denis Englisby is not perfect but he does work hard and he get results.and as you can see by my review I know what I'm talking about through first hand knowledge.

very unprofessional, does not support client needs, no communcation on court dates/updates on case. Does not defend client rights/or their legal rights. has an issue gives you an attitude, if you call and ask questions . Would never recommend to anyone, I wish I knew this before he was hired, too...k my husbands freedom away for months....
