Richard Joseph Davis III

I sat in court and wondered if Richard Davis was there to defend or Offend me. His actions in the court room were jaw dropping, he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to defend me. He was paid in full but he did not review my case or meet with me until the day before court. He spent 5 minutes with me and it show...ed in the courtroom. Don't waste your money on this guy, you will get more satisfaction flushing your money down the toilet either way your money will be wasted.

I hired Mr. Davis for a custody case. It was almost impossible to ever get in contact with him, he never met with me after our consultation to discuss the case. In court he had NOTHING prepared, he just "played it by ear". He didn't fight for my case in any way shape or form. I paid him to literally ...just sit next to me in a court room. I would of been better off representing myself. And as soon as we left the court room, he asked about payment for the rest of his retainer. He tried withholding my file from my new attorney until I paid him off (which by the way isn't allowed). Extremely unprofessional in every way. My family wasted $1500 on this guy, then ended up just spending thousands more on a GOOD attorney to handle my case. I would not trust this lawyer with handling anything concerning the law.
