Attorney Kahl has worked with our family for several years and we are so pleased with her knowledge and empathy. She helped us with my mother, who had to enter a nursing home and meet the qualifications for Medicaid. She helped with my in-laws who did not have any estate planning documents in order,... and because of their declining heath, needed to assign their daughter to be able to manage their health and estate. Jennifer met with my mother and I and reviewed our current documents. She provided us with alot of information we did not know and made the proper recommendations to help my mother with her estate planning. She allowed my mother flexible payment options as well. She even came to our home and did the final signings of the documents, so my mother who suffers from chronic pain could be more comfortable. In my opinion, Jennifer is the "Total Package" if you are looking for an attorney who specializes in estate and elder law issues. Her background, education and personality are wonderful for this type of law. My mother and I chose Jennifer to ask for legal help among several lawyers we were referred to because we believed she was uniquely qualified to help us with my mom's estate planning.
