LOVE HIM!

Charles Havener was amazing! This has been a very hard time for my husband, my family, and myself, but he sure made us feel comfortable and like things would/will get better. He very much so knows his job and took the time to make sure we understood everything as well. He carries himself very profess...ionally with a splash of compassion. I would recommend him a million times over if anyone is ever unfortunate enough to find themselves in a similar situation ours. Thank you Mr. Havener for all your help and patience.

Highly Recommend - Goes Above and Beyond!

I contacted Mr. Havener to help me with a difficult and intricate potential bankruptcy situation. My case was very complicated and involved multiple states and rulings. Mr. Havener answered all my questions, was available by email and phone whenever I had a concern, did a ton of research, and, in th...e end, found out that bankruptcy would not be the best option for me. He could have let me go through the process of filing bankruptcy with him as I was prepared to do and charged me a large bill for it, but instead he took the time to help me do what was best for me. I recommend him highly!

Very Personable

Mr. Havener has assisted me and some of my family members with a number of legal issues. We've found him to very professional and very personable. He connects with you on a personal level and you feel like you're working with friend rather than a lawyer. I know lawyers get a bad rap, but can I tru...ly say that whatever negative thoughts or concerns one may have about lawyers do not apply him. Life changing experience

Mr. Havener helped us turn our lives around. Having 5 kids has been an adventure, but at the end of that period, we were drowning in debt. He counseled us on bankruptcy and the pros and cons of filing. He walked us through every step and assured that we were thorough in our process. He filed our case... in a very timely manner, which helped us maintain our property. His knowledge and expertise is astounding. Bankruptcy can be confusing and somewhat scary and he made this process ALOT easier to deal with. After accumulating an enormous amount of debt, including student loans, taxes and medical bills, we see light at the end of the tunnel. Instead of paying all the individual creditors, we did a chapter 13 and are basically making one payment each month and the money is effortlessly dispersed amongst those owed. This has allowed us to be worry free. Not only has this simplified our financial lives, at the end of 5 years, our credit will be great for the first time in 20 years. We are extremely thankful for the way we were treated. We were not rushed in and out of our appointments, as I have heard alot of companies will do. He took time to explain EVERYTHING in detail, returned calls in a timely manner, and is very, very easy to talk to. Actually, we had talked to one other firm before seeing Charles and I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. We left confused and not knowing which way to go. After we met with Mr. Havener, we felt confident in our decision and he held our hands the whole way through. Thanks to this firm, we are able to start fresh... able to exhale... ready to leave all the negative in the past and be free from harassing phone calls. I now do not have to worry about the repo man or these people calling my friends, family and even my boss looking for payments. It has been a very frustrating battle (robbing Peter to pay Paul), but that is now over...Peter and Paul can get together and be sad that we are moving forward without them... Thank you Charles (and your processor), your hard work and knowledge have truly changed our lives!!!
