Flawless Experience

The Haven Law Group made me feel welcome and important from day one! I put emphasis "day one" because bankruptcy is not an over night event by any means. During consultation, that process was broken down and my part was laid out. The process wasn't easy as it took work on my part, but once I collec...ted all the necessary tax, bank, creditor info, etc...and Mr. Havener could file my CH. 13, I could finally relax. My pay had been being garnished for almost 6mths and my court date was on November 5th with that creditor. The firm recognized the urgency of my situation and Mr. Havener came in the office on his day off on November 4th, after spending family time with his young boys to sign and file my official paperwork with the court so I would get a full garnishment refund of $2901.85 the next morning when my creditors met!!! As the process took its course, I was able to call with any questions and recently received my discharge paperwork. I'm on my way to start over and I would encourage anyone that is thinking of filing bankruptcy to give this firm a call. The staff was so easy to work with!!!!! - Many Thanks! - Jennifer W.

Life changing experience

Mr. Havener helped us turn our lives around. Having 5 kids has been an adventure, but at the end of that period, we were drowning in debt. He counseled us on bankruptcy and the pros and cons of filing. He walked us through every step and assured that we were thorough in our process. He filed our case... in a very timely manner, which helped us maintain our property. His knowledge and expertise is astounding. Bankruptcy can be confusing and somewhat scary and he made this process ALOT easier to deal with. After accumulating an enormous amount of debt, including student loans, taxes and medical bills, we see light at the end of the tunnel. Instead of paying all the individual creditors, we did a chapter 13 and are basically making one payment each month and the money is effortlessly dispersed amongst those owed. This has allowed us to be worry free. Not only has this simplified our financial lives, at the end of 5 years, our credit will be great for the first time in 20 years. We are extremely thankful for the way we were treated. We were not rushed in and out of our appointments, as I have heard alot of companies will do. He took time to explain EVERYTHING in detail, returned calls in a timely manner, and is very, very easy to talk to. Actually, we had talked to one other firm before seeing Charles and I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. We left confused and not knowing which way to go. After we met with Mr. Havener, we felt confident in our decision and he held our hands the whole way through. Thanks to this firm, we are able to start fresh... able to exhale... ready to leave all the negative in the past and be free from harassing phone calls. I now do not have to worry about the repo man or these people calling my friends, family and even my boss looking for payments. It has been a very frustrating battle (robbing Peter to pay Paul), but that is now over...Peter and Paul can get together and be sad that we are moving forward without them... Thank you Charles (and your processor), your hard work and knowledge have truly changed our lives!!!
