I was very nervous about my son serving jail time and because of his medical condition that wouldn’t have been good for him but we all know that doesn’t matter to the courts. I hired Michael Huff to defend my daughter from a domestic assault charge which had been filed against her by a police officer who claimed to have seen her slap her husband on the side of his head. They also objected to my daughter being granted any measure of leniency in the form of "first offender" status and my daughter's husband insisted that the case be brought to trial and my daughter prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Fortunately, Michael's expertise, and his extensive knowledge of the law, helped him find a solution to the situation which spared my daughter the expense and embarassment of a trial and which convinced the judge to dimiss the charge against her. Michael is bright, talented, knowledgeable, organized, and driven to seek the best outcome for his clients. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
