Not loyal to his client
Was very specific how I wanted his help to recover legal papers from my previous attorney who ignored my efforts. I simply asked Mr. Shield to write a note requesting my papers giving me legal proof to my efforts. He did not write anything to him, but called him. I was charged $900.
