Disappointed

Mr Hogge contacted me about a year and a half ago, to testify on a current case. I agreed. They settled. He said he would represent me. He put me on hold to check his facts to see if I had a case and came back and told me I had a case. I signed paperwork, sent him all my documentation and he kept pu...tting me on the back burner. He told me himself, that he was being lazy. He asked again for me to type up a document of 8 years worth of abuse. Finally, a year later. A year of having to relive this trauma again, he sends me a letter and says we have no case. He should have done his research before saying yes I had a case. A year~!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
