I was having a really hard time dealing with my legal issues so I sought out an attorney. Matthew Curcione had amazing reviews. So, I put my info in on his website and he was very quick to call and talk with me to set up a meeting. This was my first time dealing with anything like this; I had no idea... what to expect. I went to our consult and he was very direct and kind, but without all the fluff. He was straight to the point and honest. He also charges very fair prices. I was worried about how much this would all end up costing. I can't speak for everyone, but he charged me a flat rate and allowed me to put half down and make another payment of the other half. He was always quick to respond to my emails. I ended up needing a continuance, which he guided me through and as soon as I left the court I was freaked out. The judge wasn't happy with me filing a continuance with my letter of representation. He called me two minutes after I sent an email explaining how everything went down and how freaked out I was. He calmed me down and told me not to worry about it. We communicated through email up until shortly before my court date. He set up another meeting and walked me through my testimony. Telling me what he was going to ask and how he wanted me to answer. He was very thorough and again, straight to the point all while still being kind. My court date comes around, he showed up forty five minutes prior to my court time to go over everything one more time. I think he could tell how absolutely terrified I was, so after we went over everything he just talked to me like a person. Normal talk that really helped me calm down. He was kind to me. I ended up not even needing to go to the stand because the witness never showed. So my case was dismissed. I really recommend him. Even though I didn't have to go up to the stand I knew he was ready to defend my case. I felt good about him as my attorney. He is a good man who really cares about his clients.

Matt was very thorough and professional in my case. I was facing eight charges and all were dismissed. He is highly competent and well versed in his profession. Honestly I've met with Matt on several occasions and was very pleased with his professional advice and knowledge. I didn't hire him but there was something I really liked about his honesty and commitment as a Potential hired attorney for me.
