Eight of us went to a bond hearing to see the judge for a bond.All eight of us had different attorney. I had Ms. Munn as my attorney. My fiance has been through hell & back with his custody & child support case. His previous lawyer was terrible & he probably should have never signed the agreement, but, alas, he did -- and we were living with the repercussions until the situation became truly dire, including for his three boys. Emil...y agreed to meet with us for an hour in July 2017 free of charge to review our case. Afterwards, she was cautious but assured us she thought she could help & that my fiance's agreement was unfair and wrong. Even though the case was based far from her home base, she still took it on and she never once stopped fighting for us and the best interest of the boys. She takes on difficult cases, is a mom and gives her all to everything. We were at first apprehensive when it was at times difficult to get ahold of her personally; but it didn't take long to recognize that Kaitlan herself is incredibly talented, skilled and well-versed in our case. Both Emily and Kaitlan were vital to a successful outcome, and we could not be more grateful. I have worked around trial attorneys in my field of work for some time, and there is NO ONE I would recommend more than Emily Meyers Munn & Kaitlan Costner.
