I have handled cases and settlements in numerous areas of civil litigation including maritime, transportation, commercial, zoning and land use, contract disputes, business torts, real estate, divorce, custody, estate, and landlord tenant.

My focus is on ending marriages as amicably as possible while protecting the well-being of my client and the children.

I have experience incorporating and organizing various business entities, drafting notices, minutes, resolutions, amendments and other documents for businesses and homeowners' associations.

I am knowledgeable in appellate procedure in both Virginia and federal courts, and have prepared appellate briefs on multiple cases, as well as interned in the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
