I have been practicing law for 16 years. I started my career as a public defender. I then served as a prosecutor for over 10 years. I have tried every type of criminal case from traffic cases like DUI’s to violent crimes like murders. A lot of my practice has been in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. As a prosecutor, I was the supervisor of the JDR team. 

I have now expanded my practice to include family law. I handle divorces, child custody and visitation, and child support cases. I also serve as a Guardian ad Litem.

I work hard and I’m dedicated to fighting for my clients!

Mrs. Gregg was my son’s attorney he was going for physical custody of his two young boys and Mrs. Gregg showed nothing but professionalism and determination and she made it all happen . My family would recommend Mrs. Gregg and the Rice & Gregg law firm for all your needs court needs.

Mrs. Gregg gave me legal advise on how file for custody for my grandson here in Virginia and his parents were in a different state. She was clear what the law was and what I could and could not do. Attorney Gregg is phenomenal!
I came to Attorney Gregg with a very difficult case that seemed to have all odds against us. Attorney Gregg truly cares about her clients and dedicates her time to really fighting for their freedom! She is beyond knowledgeable and I, myself learned a lot from our time we spent together. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than her!
