This was the worst experience EVER... Sacks is ALL ABOUT THE $$$... After he gets the $ he's done. He does not return phone calls and will give you the complete run around. He is a plea lawyer and he will NOT fight for you. He does not investigate anything.. He IS THE WORST.. PLEASE DONT GIVE THIS MA...N YOUR MONEY,.. YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST AS WE HAVE....

In a November Supreme Court ruling , they found Mr. Sacks as "ineffective Counsel", in 3 areas of my case. We hired him in 2009. He started off efficient, ended up DEFICIENT. It was a nightmare. He was quite sidetracked with other matters. Had too many cases. Doesn't win that much anymore. All abo...ut plea deals. Withheld expert information from me and my paying Mom. Information that we paid for. He will never go after the Cops Investigations or Prosecution to establish reasonable doubt. He is so much more. I will not repeat. Please don't Be swayed by his long past successes. He cost me 7 years of my life. He is my far, the biggest mistake I ever made , hiring him. Won't return calls, cares about his money more than his clients. Stay Away. You have been warned.

Amazing! Awesome! And wow! When it comes to a person freedom, it's such a tough decision which lowyer should be the one to represent the case in the best way possible. My friend case was very complicated and difficult, lucky for us we had Andrew sacks on our side. He took this case very seriously an...d really made a miracle happen. Mr Sacks is a very well mannered lawyer. So much so that when he is up against a tough prosecutor or Judge that he admires, he will not be your advocate. He instead tells his client how this or that is just not done in the legal system. He is constantly boasting about how hard he works, his office e...tc but things just continue to slip under the table. His office staff is amazing but there are just not enough hours in the day to appropriately accomplish all the work he takes on and therefore he misses many things that he was suppose to do for his clients. He always takes your calls and will listen but don't think for a minute that he remembers 1/2 of what you asked him to do. In total agreement with the review dated Feb 18, 2017. We will forever be saddened by our choice of counsel.
