About Paul
Biography
Being a native of Virginia, Paul attended Old Dominion University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, while minoring in Accounting. He then attended Cleveland State University - Cleveland Marshall College of Law and received his law degree. His last year of law school was spent at the College of William & Mary Marshall - Wythe School of Law.
He is a strong supporter of the VTLA and very active in many committees. He enjoys a very active litigation practice in Virginia and North Carolina, representing individuals injured by the wrongdoing of others. Paul handles a heavy amount of cases referred to him from other attorneys around the country. Paul concentrates his time on complex cases involving tractor trailers and other commercial vehicles.
Paul is an advocate in the schools to end distracted driving, and speaks to students at many of the local high schools in the Hampton Roads area on behalf of the Casey Anderson Feldman Foundation. Since 2011, Paul has become a familiar face on WAVY's Hampton Roads Show as the Legal Advisor during the "Legal Matters Segment".
