Marcus was amazing. He helped me to stop paying my ex wife alimony when I found she was staying with the guy she had been dating for over a year. At first he was honest with me and said we didn’t have enough evidence to go on, pointed me to a private investigator to use. At which point we obtained en...ough evidence to open a case in order to subpoena more information if necessary. Prior to taking it to court and in an effort to make the process as fast, easy, and ultimately cost effective as possible for me Marcus sent a demands letter which outlined what I wanted and explained vaguely that we had evidence to prove our case and that it would be in her and my best interest to settle out of court. We got her to sign the demands letter and approximately 4 months after my initial consultation with Marcus I was no longer required to pay alimony. Ultimately this entire situation saved me approximately $14,000. I cannot recommend Marcus enough, he was a straight shooter, honest, explained legal jargon in a way that was easily understood by me and he was adamant that if it got to a point where winning was not going to be a possibility that he would not push the issue and cost me money in a losing battle. Luckily that never happened and we won. I cannot recommend Marcus enough, he was a perfect blend of professional and someone who I could talk to like we had been buddies for years which really made it easy to loosen up and have honest conversation at every step of the process. I’ve said it already but Marcus is truly a cut above the rest and worth every penny it cost me!!

I hired Mr. Mitchell based off Google reviews from past clients and they were all right. If you want to win or have the decision go in your favor hire Marcus. Lawyers are there for a reason even if you feel you don't need one. Excellent service with guaranteed results are not free. I hired him for c...hild support and custody. I now have sole custody and getting a nice amount in child support. I have already recommended him to 2 other people. I had a friend with me and seen him in action and she said " wow he's good".

You’re not going to find a better lawyer than Marcus. With how stressful and emotional divorce and custody battles can be, unfortunately, there are plenty of lawyers out there on the take to capitalize off of your hardship. Trust me… I learned the hard way. But when I switched lawyers to Marcus, my... trial turned around. Marcus is one of the most ethical, solid, trustworthy lawyers that genuinely cares about you. He is passionate about what he does. He fights for you as hard I’d imagine if he were fighting for his own life. He is incredibly dedicated, meticulous, and compassionate. He’s well researched, organized, and on top of it. He was incredibly communicative. I knew he had my best interests at heart. It was incredible to watch him smack down another top lawyer in town who had a couple of decades of experience as he destroyed her cheap lies and antics with incredibly strategic defense and powerful remarks. I have the highest praises for this man who honestly made the darkest days of my life easier and secured a bright future for me.
