Marcus was amazing. He helped me to stop paying my ex wife alimony when I found she was staying with the guy she had been dating for over a year. At first he was honest with me and said we didn’t have enough evidence to go on, pointed me to a private investigator to use. At which point we obtained en...ough evidence to open a case in order to subpoena more information if necessary. Prior to taking it to court and in an effort to make the process as fast, easy, and ultimately cost effective as possible for me Marcus sent a demands letter which outlined what I wanted and explained vaguely that we had evidence to prove our case and that it would be in her and my best interest to settle out of court. We got her to sign the demands letter and approximately 4 months after my initial consultation with Marcus I was no longer required to pay alimony. Ultimately this entire situation saved me approximately $14,000. I cannot recommend Marcus enough, he was a straight shooter, honest, explained legal jargon in a way that was easily understood by me and he was adamant that if it got to a point where winning was not going to be a possibility that he would not push the issue and cost me money in a losing battle. Luckily that never happened and we won. I cannot recommend Marcus enough, he was a perfect blend of professional and someone who I could talk to like we had been buddies for years which really made it easy to loosen up and have honest conversation at every step of the process.
