John Darin Greenside

I was given Mr. Greenside via Prepaid Legal. He contacted me and told me what I needed to do--attend an In Person driving class, get a copy of my driver's record, and get my car calibration updated. Also, he asked me the specifics--the weather conditions on that day, what did I think the speed limit ...was, and how was my driver's record. He said that he would try to get the ticket dismissed. On the day of court, Mr. Greenside sent one of his assistant's. I can't remember his name. He was a nice attentive older Caucasian male who spoke to me, explained to me the difference of pleading not guilty and no contest. The assistant spoke to the judge for me and because I had been to an In Person driving class along with my good driving record, my case was dismissed and I only had to pay $65. Also, I believe that the assistant asking the officer, "Was she cooperative when you stopped her?" was a deciding factor in the case being dismissed. Without him being there, I would not have known to ask that question. I did learn the need for a lawyer when I need to go to court. I am thankful to Mr. Greenside that he told me to take an In Person class and not an Online class. The judge was not accepting any Online classes. It was an eye opener. Bravo Zulu to Mr. Greenside, his assistant that came to court with me, and his office personnel for a job well done. I would recommend Mr. Greenside to my friends and family if they need a traffic issue lawyer.

Prior to convening the court’s calendar on court day, he performs a final dress rehearsal in a side courtroom office. Emphatically, by the time you’re standing before the judge, you’re thoroughly prepared. Quite obviously, with his professional demeanor and sterling character, he has an impeccable reputation with local law enforcement police departments and the judges who sit on the bench.
