I got a speeding ticket in late March. A few weeks later, I started receiving letters from lawyers. I called a number of them. When I called John, we discussed the issue and he told me to do three things. I had not even contracted with him, but he was the only one that gave me this advice before I pa...id anything. I hired him, did the things he advised me to do, and he told me what would likely happen at the trial. I did not have to go to the trial as he was representing me. He called me after afterwards and told me what the outcome was. It was exactly as he predicted before the hearing. If I ever need a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to call John. I am extremely pleased.

I can’t believe it! After receiving over 40 letters in the mail From tons of Attorneys all over Virginia soliciting my business once I was arrested for my DUI in Virginia Beach, I worried that picking the right attorney was going to be hard and after reading a lot of reviews I knew that retaining a l...ocal VB attorney (preferably lives and practices in the same area), with mastery of the area of law needed (DUI/traffic) and positive reviews was my best bet! With these credentials in mind, Mr. Greenside was my first and only choice to represent me in my DUI case! To be honest, not many others fit this criteria! He keeps a small office that’s easily accessible in VB and I called and his receptionist was on lunch so the phone rang straight to his cell phone and he picked up Himself. In fact, I accidentally called the office once on a Saturday and he picked up himself as the phone rang to his personal cell phone!! On my day of court, I had the chance to observe Mr. Greenside walk the aisles of the court house with an air of confidence and urgency all the while saying and receiving Many warm Hello’s from many folks who work there! I knew at that moment that the court house folks respected him and therefore transferred that respect to the cases of those he represented, like mine. I knew I was in great hands and the criteria I use to Choose him were the Right ones! Prior to meeting with the judge, Mr. Greenside briefed with me one last time to ensure we had the best overall approach for my case and while It was ultimately My decision to accept a generous plea deal (which he masterly negotiated with the prosecutor) to minimize the additional proceedings of fighting the case; Mr. Greenside took an additional 45 minutes after formalities with the judge to de-brief me on what additional Proceedings would have looked like. It was during these 45 minutes of debriefing that I realized how skilled Mr. Greenside can be at producing the types of results we all really want when we find ourselves in these stressful legal situations. I have since decided that Mr. Greenside will be our families default attorney for similar matters! My first consultation was FREE and to be honest just consulting with him and hearing his break down of what would happen next took away much of the worry I had about my future. I felt 100x better once I had the clarity he provided me at that point which was all FREE!! Before I left his office I decided that I wanted to have him represent me so that I had a “friend in the court” looking out for my best interests and to do the necessary due diligence to see if any of my rights were violated prior, during, or after the DUI arrest. He was flexible with me getting the remaining balance to him prior to our day in court - it made the process very easy on me financially. Please note: I am definitely bias towards Mr. Greenside because my experience with his service was great and I really want you to make a decision to give his office a call and set up your first consultation - it’s FREE and I know that just from that first free meeting you will feel the extreme relief of worry like I felt after he broke it all down for me! He is worst attorney. He doesn’t let his clients speak and takes personal calls during session which is very rude. I won’t recommend him for a tenant lawyer dispute matter. He literally read to me what I already knew from Google and wanted him to give me more answers and show us a little concern abou...t our situation. Consultation is not free if you’re going for tenant and lawyer situation. It costs me $50 and time to get the Google information which I already knew. So if someone wanna reach out to him for tenant landlord issue, save yourself money and time and read it from Google. Plus he cuts his clients when they talk and take personal calls infront of them which is extremely rude. Wasted my time and money never returning here again. I’m not satisfied with his services. I read it here in comments as well that he relies on Google knowledge so much. I ignored it but now I know he does. So do your own searches from Avvo etc and save money and time.
