No Moving Violation
I was 10 minutes late to meet John outside the courtroom. When I arrived he was sitting on the bench in the hall and had already received a reduction to defective equipment ! I gladly paid the fine knowing there were no negative points to be assessed. Thanks John

out of state vacation help.

I received a ticket in Hanover Virginia in March while moving from Virginia Beach to Leesburg Virginia.
