I was charged with impeding traffic in a construction zone which I did not. Mr. Greenside handled my traffic citation that happened to involve an accident. I did feel like I was incorrectly given a citation but who am I to argue with the police officer at the scene. It's already an intimidating experience to be involved in an accident, so you can imagine the anxiety level.... Fast forward to court day, the plaintiff (police and other party) were present at court. By nature of human behavior, not everything said by other party is accurate. Mr Greenside knows traffic law very very well and is super alert to the details of his client's situation and plaintiff communication in court. He will address as-appropriate and when needed at the right time, which brings out the best outcomes possible. I had consultations with three other attorneys before making my selection. From the beginning I knew it was Mr Greenside that I felt most comfortable with. Other Attorneys either told me I had to do community service and had an option of showing up to court or not. Really? Show up or not show up, it's your choice? I am glad I did not listed to that advice from other attorneys. Greenside looked at the case and told me with certainty no community service is needed and that I needed to attend court. He told me what documents to bring as well. We talked about a week before court and before the court session. What a difference?!?! He got my citation not just reduced, but actually dismissed.
