I was pulled over for speeding (83/55) in Virginia Beach, and was charged with Reckless Driving. In VA this means you have to go to court and can't just pay a fine online, and you can actually go to jail for this. I researched a lot of different attorneys in Virginia who specialized in these type o...f cases and chose John based on the many positive Google reviews and his experience with traffic violations. John gave me a list of things I could do on my end to help my case, and he also outlined his strategy for defending me based on some strange occurrences/technicalities that happened with my citation. On the day of my court case, John met with me before we walked into the court room and he explained what was most likely to happen (the judge would most likely knock my reckless driving into a speeding ticket and I would have to pay a fine). I was happy to hear this, as VA is pretty wild and you can actually go to jail for speeding too fast. When we went before the judge, John was able to use a very creative defense to actually get my entire charge thrown out! No fine, no ticket, nothing on my record! It couldn't have gone any better! I know there are a lot of lawyers in Virginia Beach because of the states crazy byzantine traffic laws, but I HIGHLY recommend John Greenside.
