I was given a citation for speeding at 40 miles per hours in a 25 zone. He suggested that I should get a speedometer check, copy of driving records, and driving liscence to his office and courtroom during the trial. Even though I may not have been driving at 40 miles per hours, my speedometer was off... track. He suggested we would use this as noncontestant to the case due to inproper equipment. My case was reduced without any points taken from my 5+ record and not indicated on my driving record to maintain an excellent insurance coverage, also cost to court fees.
