Navigating the security clearance process for the first time can be intimidating. As a civilian, I was unsure what responses on my SF-86 could make or break a job offer for a position I very much desired and felt that without guidance I would be leaving everything up to chance. Add to that an extreme...ly short turnaround time in which all paperwork was required to be submitted and I knew I needed the assistance of a pro. Following a brief initial telephone consultation, Ms. Baxley scheduled a call with me the following day and worked with me on both weekdays and weekends, replying to my emails promptly and with guidance that only someone with her expertise could provide. Thanks to Ms. Baxley, I obtained my clearance. Mrs. Baxley reviewed my BCNR related questions and evidence thoroughly. She then agreed I had a justifiable reason to apply, crafted a logical and winning argument. Everything asked for in my request was granted by the BCNR in its response letter to the CNO/PERS including the removal of FC-17/Adve...rse information from my OMPF. I will also note she wasn't entirely sure at first how to argue my case, but she took the time to find the applicable instructions and used them to explain the injustice in legal terms that were compelling. I would work with her again!

Ms. Baxley advised and assisted me with my response to DoD CAF Intent to Revoke Eligibility for Security Clearance. She was knowledgeable in the process, provided me the guidance on steps to take, information gathering, and what information to put in the responses. She assisted me with multiple F...OIA request letters knowing the codes requiring the agencies to provide faster response to the request. She provided the format of the letter which would give the whole person view and address the statement of reasons identified by DoD CAF. She took may requested input information and was able to put a coherent, technical argument why the statement of reasons was not the whole person that DoD CAF was assessing.
